What requirements are needed to make a purchase?
All customers must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid Photo Government Issued ID to purchase at BREEZE.
The according to CRA regulation, as of 5/31/2022 we may not accept expired government issued ID. Customers can log on to the Secretary of State at 8 A.M. each morning for a greater chance at scheduling an appointment to receive a valid ID.
Registered qualifying medical patients and caregivers will receive a 10% off discount on recreational marijuana SALES, but will still be liable for excise and sales taxes under MRTMA rules.
Is there a price difference for recreational and medical customers?
We currently only have recreational products available.
Medical patients receive a 10% discount with a valid card.
How is recreational marijuana taxed?
There is a 10% excise tax issued by the State of Michigan on the sub-total plus an additional 6% sales tax on the total.
mEDICAL
Can I purchase medical marijuana as a minor with an active Medical Marijuana Registry card?
We are only doing recreational marijuana sales at this time. ALL registered qualifying medical patients and caregivers must be 21 years of age or older.
Registered qualifying medical patients and caregivers will receive a 10% off discount on recreational marijuana SALES, but will still be liable for excise and sales taxes under MRTMA rules.
How do I obtain a medical marijuana card?
We do not conduct in-house doctor visits, but you can get certified for a medical marijuana card by making an appointment with a certifying physician. You will need to provide legitimate medical records or documentation from your primary care physician describing the diagnosis. To qualify, a patient needs to be diagnosed by a physician as having one of the following debilitating medical conditions that is specifically identified in the law:
1. Cancer, glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, hepatitis C, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), Crohn’s disease, agitation of Alzheimer’s disease, or nail patella.
2. A chronic or debilitating disease or medical condition or its treatment that produces one or more of the following:
a. Cachexia or wasting syndrome;
b. severe and chronic pain
c. Severe nausea
d. Seizures, including those characteristic of epilepsy; or
e. Severe and persistent muscle spasms, including those characteristic of multiple sclerosis
f. OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), Chronic Pain, Spinal Cord Injury, Autism, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Tourette’s Syndrome, Arthritis, Parkinson’s Disease, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Ulcerative Colitis
g. and, any other medical condition or treatment for a medical condition adopted by the department by rule.
After being certified by a medical marijuana physician, patients are required to register with the Michigan Medical Marijuana Program (MMMP). Registration is mandatory. The patient registry application fee is $60 — for both new and renewal applications.

My ID is expired, can I make a purchase?

2) You’ll receive a text confirming your order was received and Ready for Pickup.
3) On arrival, please park in any one of the designated BREEZE parking spaces. Text your Full Name and Parking Space # to (248) 838-9444 for Hazel Park and we’ll be right out!
4) Customers with expired IDs may want to consider visiting the Secretary of State website to schedule an appointment for a new ID.

Do you provide a home delivery service?
You must be 21+ with a valid government issued photo ID.
1.) Enter your delivery address & place your order by selecting the delivery tab on the menu. The person placing the order MUST be present and have their valid government issued ID available at the time of delivery. At this point in time we are currently only able to deliver to residential addresses.
2.) You MUST upload a photo of your Government issued Photo ID when placing your order. This information is confidential & only recorded for compliance reasons. We will not share this information. We will confirm that the uploaded ID matches upon arrival.
2.) You will receive a text confirming your order was received and when the driver has started their route. You will receive a final text when your driver is approaching your delivery location.
4.) When your driver arrives please meet them at your door with your ID, cash or pin-code debit card (+$3.50 service fee). Per company policy; delivery drivers are not allowed to enter your dwelling.

What is your return policy?

Are all the Cannabis products for sale tested and safe for consumption or inhalation?
All cannabis products for sale are required by the CRA/State of Michigan to be tested for pesticides, metals, yeast, mold, bacteria and any other foreign agents or contaminants. In the case of Vape Carts, they are also tested for Vitamin E-Acetate.
These products are clearly labeled with the state licensed lab that conducted the testing, the test batch number and the date of testing. Many of the testing labs provide testing details available on their websites.

How much cannabis can you purchase?
Customers 21 years of age or older cannot exceed 2.5 ounces of marijuana, except that not more than 15 grams in the form of marijuana concentrate per transaction.

How do I order delivery?
You must be 21+ with a valid government issued photo ID. Minimum delivery order requirements may apply.
1) Enter your delivery address & place your order using the delivery tab at the top of the page. The person placing the order MUST be present and have their valid government issued ID available at the time of delivery. At this point in time we are currently only able to deliver to residential addresses. For your order to be delivered before we close, you must place your order no later than 7:00 pm.
2) You MUST upload a clear & complete photo of your Government issued Photo ID when placing your order. This information is confidential & only recorded for compliance reasons. We will not share this information. You must upload a clear photo of your entire photo ID. We will confirm that the uploaded ID matches upon arrival.
3) You will receive a text confirming your order was received and when the driver has started their route. You will receive a final text when your driver is approaching your delivery location.
4) You must place your delivery order by 7pm in order for us to schedule our arrival before 9pm. No delivery orders placed after 7pm will be accepted. We cannot hold orders until the next day.

Yes, we currently add a $6.95 fee to each delivery order, minimum purchase requirements may apply.
