Munchie Monday: Infused Sugar Cookie Fruit Pizza

Summer calls for hydration and yummy snacks, so why not have them infused?! Enjoy a sweet, fruity treat and choose to infuse it with our recommended products to make any summer gathering memorable!



Ready to Bake Sugar Cookie Dough (or make your own)

Fruit of your choice, Breeze recommends strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, mandarin oranges, and kiwi.

Cream Cheese Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups powdered sugar 


RISE Tincture of your choice

1. Follow the instructions on the Ready to Bake sugar cookie packaging for baking time and oven temperature. Spread the dough out on a baking sheet as if you are making a pizza crust. Bake and cool accordingly.

2. While the cookie crust is cooling, mix together the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and powdered sugar until combined. Infuse the frosting with the RISE Tincture, keeping in mind dosing. 

3. Chop the fruit to your liking. 

4. Once cookie is completely cooled down, spread the cream cheese frosting on the crust, and add the fruit on top!
