Munchie Monday: No Bake Pot Dot Cookies

pot dots aren't just for snacking!

Summer calls for treats we can share! So why not have them infused?! Enjoy this sweet treat and choose to infuse it on your terms with our recommended products to make any summer gathering memorable!

 

Ingredients:

3 Cups quick oats
2 cups of sugar
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips of your choice


Infusion:

Pot Dots– one pot dot is 1mg, infuse each cookie to your liking! 

 
1. Line a cookie sheet or surface with parchment paper, and add the oats to a bowl, set aside.

2. Melt the stick of butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the sugar and milk, then bring to a boil still at medium heat and still stirring. Cook for one minute and remove.

3. Add the peanut butter and vanilla to the butter-sugar mixture and stir until melted. Pour the mixture into the bowl with the oats and stir it until it is well combined.

4. Scoop desired portion of dough onto your parchment paper. Once completed, take the desired amount of chocolate chips and pot dots and place onto each cookie (don’t add while still hot or else they will melt!). Store in an air-tight container once completely cooled off.
